Procijenjena vrijednost nabave je : 1.045.100,00 EUR bez PDV-a Procijenjena vrijednost nabave predmetnog postupka je: 82.000,00 EUR bez PDV-a Postupak javne nabave provodi se za potrebe Naručitelja u okviru Interreg IPA Programa Hrvatska – Bosna i Hercegovina – Crna Gora, projekt SATECON (Smart, innovative and sustainable agriculture - Pametna, inovativna i održiva poljoprivreda) Predmet nabave je nabava laboratorijske opreme, FT-NIR spektrometra za Centar za voćarstvo i povrćarstvo, ustrojstvenu jedinicu Hrvatske agencije za poljoprivredu i hranu, sukladno uvjetima i zahtjevima propisanim u Tehničkoj specifikaciji, Troškovniku i cjelokupnoj Dokumentaciji za nabavu, u kojima je naznačeni naziv, količina te ostali uvjeti potrebni za sastavljanje ponude. U cijenu ponude moraju se uračunati svi troškovi i popusti bez poreza na dodanu vrijednost, također i svi dodatni troškovi – trošak isporuke/dostave, montaže, instalacije, osnovne provjere funkcionalnosti, puštanja u pogon, edukacije djelatnika na lokaciji Naručitelja i slično. Jamstvo na uređaj je minimalno 24 mjeseca, mora obuhvaćati sve dijelove i komponente isporučenog uređaja. Uz uređaj se prilikom isporuke dostavlja jamstveni list. Jamstveni rok na uređaj se računa od dana primopredaje.
