Procurement of laboratory tests

The City of Espoo (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") is soliciting bids for the procurement of laboratory examinations for its occupational health services. The scope of the procurement encompasses a range of laboratory tests, including but not limited to, blood, urine, and stool sample analyses. Additionally, the procurement includes electrocardiogram (ECG) and spirometry examinations. Sample collection will be conducted by the Service Provider at the Client's premises located at Kamreerintie 2, 02770 Espoo. A more detailed description of the procurement's scope is provided in Annex 1, "Description of the Subject of Procurement," attached to the request for proposals. The contract will be valid until further notice. Based on the competitive tendering process, the City of Espoo will select one (1) primary Service Provider and one (1) backup supplier. This procurement aims to ensure the provision of essential diagnostic services for the occupational health of Espoo's employees, covering a comprehensive set of tests necessary for health monitoring and assessment. The selected provider will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of these examinations, adhering to the quality standards and specifications outlined in the tender documents. The Client emphasizes the importance of reliable and efficient service delivery, with sample collection occurring on-site to facilitate accessibility for employees.
