Purchase agreement for the procurement of equipment with the technical content detailed in the tender documentation as follows. Subject of procurement, quantity: 1. Laboratory refrigerator - 1 pc. 2. Laboratory refrigerator freezer - 1 pc. 3. Hot air sterilizer - 1 pc. 4. Incubator for TSB medium - 1 pc. I.1. For the laboratory refrigerator, the main technical requirements for the device are: Laboratory refrigerator for the quality assurance laboratory of the radiopharmaceutical drug factory. The refrigerator must be suitable for storing reference standards, reagents, culture media, calibration solutions, and other temperature-sensitive materials in accordance with GMP regulations. Temperature range, controllability: covers at least the +3-15 °C range. Useful volume 300 liters [+/- 15% deviation allowed]. Number of shelves minimum 4 pcs. Load capacity per shelf minimum 23 kg. Dimensions (width x depth x height) 60.5cm x 59.8cm x 184cm (a deviation of +- 5% is acceptable for height and depth). I.2. For the laboratory refrigerator freezer, the main technical requirements for the device are: Laboratory freezer cabinet for the quality assurance laboratory of the radiopharmaceutical drug factory. The refrigerator must be suitable for storing reference standards, reagents, microbiological materials, samples, and other temperature-sensitive materials in accordance with GMP regulations. Temperature range: covers at least the -25 to -10 °C range. Minimum useful volume 90 liters. Number of drawers minimum 3 pcs. Dimensions (width x depth x height) 64cm x 61cm x 81 cm (a deviation of +- 5% is acceptable for height and depth). I.3. For the hot air sterilizer, the main technical requirements for the device are: The hot air sterilizer is for the quality assurance laboratory of the radiopharmaceutical drug factory. The hot air sterilizer must be suitable for sterilizing (or disinfecting) metal, glass, and porcelain objects and instruments, as these devices are specifically designed for the safe heat treatment and sterilization of high-temperature resistant items (such as metals, glass, and porcelain). Useful volume: min 50 liters. Temperature range: min. 70-250 °C. Inner chamber material: stainless steel. I.4. For the incubator for TSB medium, the main technical requirements for the device are: The incubator is for the quality assurance laboratory of the radiopharmaceutical drug factory. The incubator must be suitable for incubating culture media and samples for sterility testing. Temperature range: covers the range from room temperature +5 °C to 60 °C. Chamber material: stainless steel (430). Capacity: min. 40 liters. Number of shelves: min. 2 pcs. IQ/OQ documentation. Detailed expectations for the offered device, all expected parameters, are included in the Technical Specification, which is part of the Procurement Documentation. The successful bidder's task is to deliver the equipment to the Contracting Authority and put it into operational use within the framework of fulfilling the purchase agreement to be concluded as a result of the procurement, which also includes the necessary hardware and software components. The successful bidder is also responsible for providing the related services specified in the draft agreement. Only new equipment can be offered for all components and accessories of the equipment to be procured. The Contracting Authority does not provide the opportunity to deliver used (or even refurbished) equipment, so only new, i.e., unused, not factory refurbished, and not demo equipment is allowed. Related services: a) maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair during the 24 (twenty-four) month warranty period following the successful completion of the technical acceptance; b) user training: 1x2 hours, for a maximum of 3 people.
