Liquid Chromatography Triple-Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (LC-MS/MS) with a software for needs of PI Agricultural Institute of Republic of Srpska

1. The Bosnia and Herzegovina has received a credit from the World Bank toward the cost of Agriculture Resilience and Competitiveness Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for Liquid Chromatography Triple-Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (LC-MS/MS) with a software, #BA-RS-ARCP-G-RFB-26-003.
2. The Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Water Management of Republika Srpska / Agriculture Project Coordination Unit now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Procurement of Liquid Chromatography Triple-Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (LC-MS/MS) with a software Prices quoted shall correspond to 100 % of the quantities specified.
3. Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Request for Bids (RfB) procedures specified in the World Bank’s Regulations: Procurement under the project will be carried out in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers “Procurement in Investment Project Financing for goods, works, non-consulting services and Consulting Services” (July 2016, revised Nov 2017, Aug 2018, and Nov 2020), and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Guidelines.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Water Management of Republika Srpska / Agriculture Project Coordination Unit, Mr. Stevan Raonic and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday between 9:00AM to 1:00PM local time.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee 50 EUR or equivalent amount in Bosnian Marks (BAM). The method of payment will be direct deposit to our bank account:

The exchange rate to be applied is the selling exchange rate from the list of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Central Bank, prevailing on the day of payment. The Bidding Documents will be sent by courier at the address indicated by the bidder.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00 o’clock local time on July 22, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 11:15 o’clock, July 22, 2026.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by Bid-Securing Declaration.
8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
