Ausgeschrieben werden Leistungen der Laborplanung (Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagegruppe 7) gem. §§ 55ff. HOAI für die Leistungsphase 3 tlw, 4 bis 8 sowie etwaiger besondere Leistungen für den Neubau eines Laborgebäudes des Fritz-Lipmann-Instituts in Jena. Zur Umsetzung der wissenschaftlichen Anforderung besteht die Notwendigkeit, dass ein eigenständiges Gebäude errichtet wird. In dem Gebäude FLI-10 ist eine Tierhaltung Fische und mikrobiologische Labore mit angrenzenden Büros vorgesehen. Die Arbeitsbereiche der Tierhaltung Fische und der Labore entsprechen der "Verordnung über die Sicherheitsstufen und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen bei gentechnischen Arbeiten in gentechnischen Anlagen" (GenTSV) Stufe S2. Das Laborgebäude FLI-10 ist als dreigeschossiges Gebäude konzipiert. Im teilunterkellerten Untergeschoss werden die haustechnischen Anlagen der VEWasseraufbereitung, der Auffangbehälter für die Abwässer aus der Versuchsanlage KIP sowie die Abwasseraufbereitung der Fischhaltungen untergebracht.
