Professional Services to Attend to the Black Afro-Colombian Community and General Citizenry in Differentiated Attention Spaces and Support Community and Organizational Processes in Localities

The Secretariat of Government (Secretaría Distrital de Gobierno) in Bogotá, Distrito Capital, is seeking to contract professional services for a duration of nine months. The primary objective is to provide specialized attention and support to the Black Afro-Colombian community and the general public who utilize differentiated attention spaces. This involves offering professional services to address the needs of these communities and individuals. Additionally, the selected service provider will be responsible for accompanying and supporting community and organizational processes within the various localities. This role requires a deep understanding of community dynamics, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to facilitate and strengthen local initiatives. The contract will be awarded through a direct contracting modality, indicating a specific need or urgency. The service provider will be expected to contribute to the social cohesion and development of the targeted communities by offering tailored support and fostering participatory processes.
