Storage and Logistics Services for the Goethe-Institut (Storage for Film Media)

The Goethe-Institut, both domestically and internationally, along with institutional and private recipients, will be centrally supplied with media for lending (distribution) or retention (disposition). To manage the storage, dispatch, and return of these media, the Goethe-Institut is commissioning a specialized storage service provider. The contractor will be referred to as "LDL" (Logistics Service Provider), while the contracting authority will be referred to as the "Goethe-Institut". The media to be stored primarily includes, but is not limited to, DCPs (Digital Cinema Packages in Cru Cases), DVDs, DVD boxes (which may consist of multiple discs treated as a single medium), Blu-ray Discs, Blu-ray Disc boxes (also potentially containing multiple discs treated as a single medium), 35mm film copies (which may consist of multiple film reels treated as a single medium), and 16mm film copies. The aforementioned media can be expanded at any time with industry-standard media. This tender emphasizes the need for a reliable and efficient logistics partner to ensure the proper handling and management of various film media formats.
