The winning tenderer's task is to supply new apartment water meters according to the technical description, draft contract, and tender documents, in the following planned quantities: Contract quantity: Nominal diameter [mm]/ /pressure [bar] Designation / length [mm] Base quantity Optional quantity Quantity pieces DN15 New water meter threaded/L110 29 12 41 DN20 New water meter threaded/L130 15 6 21 The Customer undertakes to procure the base quantities. The Customer does not undertake to procure the remaining optional quantity. The rules applicable to the framework quantity apply to the optional quantity. The expected technical parameters of the water meters are included in the technical description. The meters may be subject to inspection upon receipt, which the Contracting Authority will carry out in its own or an external water meter calibration laboratory. The inspection process and the further handling of faulty meters are included in the technical description. At the time of delivery, all parts of the water meters must be new and unused. As part of the offer, a PROFESSIONAL OFFER must be submitted, in which the make and type of the offered products constitute the professional offer according to Section 3 (37) of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.), so if the manufacturer and/or type is not indicated for any product, these will be considered non-rectifiable defects and will lead to the invalidity of the offer. The "Professional Offer" must include the specific data for each offered product, including the manufacturer and designation, or type, of the offered products, which allows the product to be identified.
