Original language: fiTampereen Tilapalvelut Oy hakee asiakkaansa kanssa Pirkanmaalla sijaitsevaan opetusrakennukseen uutta ilmastoystävällistä lämmitysratkaisua. Strategisena tavoitteena kiinteistön omistajalla on päästövapaa lämmitys tämän kiinteistön osalta. Kiinteistön nykyinen maakaasua energialähteenä käyttävä kaukolämpökontti halutaan korvata fossiilittomalla ratkaisulla. Kiinteistö sijaitsee pohjavesialueella, minkä vuoksi maalämpöjärjestelmän ja akustojen sijoittaminen kiinteistölle ei ole mahdollista. Kiinteistön vuosittainen lämmitystehon tarve on 900 - 1100 MWh. Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy on kiinnostunut kuulemaan erilaisista ratkaisuista markkinavuoropuhelussa. Saatujen vastausten pohjalta Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy arvioi hankinnan laajuutta, rajausta sekä teknisiä vaatimuksia. Hankintatapana myös innovaatiokumppanuusmenettely on mahdollinen. Hankintatapa kuitenkin tarkentuu markkinavuoropuhelun jälkeen. Tämä tietopyyntö ei ole tarjouspyyntö eikä ilmoituksen julkaisemisella aloiteta tarjouskilpailua. Tietopyyntöön vastaaminen ei ole edellytys myöhempään kilpailutukseen osallistumiselle eikä tietopyyntöön vastaaminen vaikuta tarjoajan asemaan tarjouskilpailussa.
