(6) Bidding method: For the award decision, the successful bid price shall be the amount written on the bid form plus 10% of that amount (if there is a fraction of less than 1 yen, that fraction shall be rounded down). Therefore, bidders shall write on their bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount, regardless of whether they are taxable or exempt from consumption tax and local consumption tax.
