Description
The Land Environment Working Group (LEWG) 2026 will be held Monday 17 August at Hotel Realm, Canberra.The LEWG is Army's primary engagement with Defence industry. The event will provide updates on current and emerging land capability priorities and investment plans within a collaborative environment. The LEWG aims to strengthen partnerships with industry and provide opportunities for early input into land capability planning. Head Land Capability (HLC) Major General Richard Vagg, DSC will serve as Chair of the event.The event is free to attend. Conditions for Participation:
The LEWG 2026 is open to Australian companies, with an ABN, that have a current or future interest in supporting Defence and Army with Land Domain Capability. Attendance is limited to two attendees per organisation.Each registration is company-owned rather than individual-owned. Registrations will be vetted to ensure the conditions of participation are adhered to.
Other Instructions:
Day One of the event is held at the UNCLASSIFIED level.On Tuesday 18 August, classified briefings are open to individuals who have attended day one of the LEWG and hold a Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance or higher. Note, capacity is limited.
