Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank: Procurement of Agency Services for Trade Fair Appearances including Stand Construction

Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank is seeking to procure comprehensive agency services to support its participation in various trade fairs. The core of this tender revolves around the management and execution of exhibition stands, building upon an existing, adaptable concept. This established stand design allows for individual "theming" for each fair while also being scalable to different sizes.

The scope of services includes the development of specific concepts for each trade fair appearance, complete with visualizations. Crucially, the selected agency will be responsible for project management to realize these stand concepts. Further requirements involve testing electronic offerings and visualizations approximately 7-10 days before the event and on-site at the fair. The agency will also be tasked with constructing the trade fair stand according to agreed specifications, including on-site setup and dismantling. This encompasses managing the handover and acceptance of the stand, as well as the rental of loose furnishings, potentially involving subcontractors.

While the fundamental design of the stand is to remain unchanged, requiring no new creative conceptualization, any design services must align with the existing core concept and the client's corporate identity (CI). The framework agreement is set to commence upon award and will last for four years from the order placement date, with an option for early termination by the client after two years. Planned participation includes major events like Agritechnica 2025, EuroTier 2026, Agritechnica 2027, and EuroTier 2028, alongside smaller career fairs utilizing a 6 or 9m² stand configuration. The client reserves the right to modify its trade fair participation plans.
