Original language: DutchHet doel van de opdracht is contracteren van een partner voor het bieden van ambulante jeugdhulp, specifiek gericht op zorg intensieve jeugdigen en gezinnen. De inzet is gericht op het stabiliseren van het gezinssysteem ten doel de zelfredzaamheid te versterken, het sociale netwerk optimaal te benutten en professionele ondersteuning af te schalen waar mogelijk. Het bieden van hulp vindt plaats binnen zowel het vrijwillige en in het gedwongen kader. De inzet vindt binnen en buiten de reguliere kantooruren plaats en in het weekend. Deze opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst met een geraamde waarde van € 4.000.000,- ex. btw.
