Psychologist services for children, youth, and families include psychologist services for family counseling, psychologist services for preschool-aged children, and psychologist services for pupil and student welfare. The service is intended for children and youth who need psychological assessment, support, or examinations related to issues concerning development, learning, mood, or behavior, for example. The services also focus on supporting families and considering the child's or youth's growth and development environment. The services include psychological examinations, assessments, guidance, and counseling, support for clients and families, and multidisciplinary cooperation with the service network for children, youth, and families. The services are provided by a licensed psychologist who has expertise in current psychological research methods and the ability to cooperate with clients, families, and various authorities and cooperation partners. The procurement is divided into three (3) sub-areas as follows: 1. Psychologist services for education and family counseling 2. Psychologist services for preschool-aged children (child rehabilitation) 3. Psychologist services for pupil and student welfare The tenderer may submit a tender for one or more sub-areas of the procurement. The planned contract period is 1.3.2027 - 28.2.2029. In addition to the fixed contract period, the procurement includes a two (2) year option period (1+1 years). The Client decides on the activation of the options. Options can be activated separately or simultaneously, and for all sub-areas or on a sub-area basis. The Client does not commit to minimum purchases. Services will be purchased as needed to supplement the Client's own service production.
