Rakennukseen sijoittuu lastenpsykiatrian toimintojen erityistyöntekijöiden työtiloja, neuvottelu- ja tukitiloja, lasten- ja nuorten oikeuspsykiatrian toimitilat sekä sairaalakoulun tilat, joihin sijoittuu luokkahuoneiden lisäksi mm. teknisen työn tila sekä liikuntasali. Kohde toteutetaan uudisrakennuksena ja se sijoittuu Oulussa osoitteessa Kajaanintie 50 sijaitsevan L4-rakennuksen yhteyteen kiinteällä sisäkulkuyhteydellä.
