Original language: fiPohjois-Karjalan hyvinvointialue tekee suorahankinnan Sosiaalipalvelujen lastensuojelun tarvitsemasta lastensuojelun sijaishuollosta Nevalanmäen Perhekodit Oy:n kanssa sopimuskaudelle 13.3.2026 – 27.3.2029. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (492908 / Lastensuojelun ostopalvelujen hankintajärjestelmä) kautta valittujen sijaishuoltopaikkojen joukosta ei löydy lapsen tarpeiden mukaista vapaata sijaishuoltopaikkaa. Hankintayksikkö voi tehdä suorahankinnan yksittäisissä tapauksissa hankintalain 12 luvun 110 §:n mukaisissa sosiaali- ja terveyspalveluhankinnoissa, jos tarjouskilpailun järjestäminen olisi ilmeisen kohtuutonta ja erityisen epätarkoituksenmukaista lapsen kannalta merkittävän hoito- ja asiakassuhteen turvaamiseksi. Hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo 432 179 eur (alv 0 %) ylittää kansallisen kynnysarvon. Ennakoitu kokonaisarvo on laskettu sopimuskauden ajalle 36,47 kk. Hankinta on hankintalain (1397/2016) liitteen E 1 kohdassa tarkoitettu sosiaali- ja terveyspalveluja koskeva hankinta [CPV-koodi; 85311300-5 Lasten ja nuorten sosiaalipalvelut], joten hankinnassa noudatetaan hankintalain 107 §:n mukaisia säännöksiä.
