Original language: noAnskaffelsens formål er å anskaffe kolonner til bruk for LC-MS/MS analyse av urin, blod og spytt.
Det ønskes tilbud på følgende kolonner:
1. Pursuit 3 C18 100 x 4.6mm 3 µm
2. Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 4.6x50mm 1.8µm 400 bar
3. Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18, 3.0x50mm, 1.8µm 600bar
4. Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18 RRHD, 2.1 x 50 mm, 1.8 µm
5. InfinityLab Poroshell 120 Chiral-V, 2.7 µm, 2.1 x 150 mm
Kolonnene skal brukes til rutinemessig bestemmelse av protoporfyrin IX i erytrocytter (1), porfyriner i feces, plasma og urin (2), MMA (3), steroidhormoner i serum (4) og kiral separasjon av amfetamin i spytt og urin (5). Andre bruksområder og prøvematrikser kan påkomme.
Tidvis brukes kolonnene også til forskningsanalyser, dvs bestemmelse av stoffer i serum, plasma, urin og/eller spinalvæske
Det skal inngås rammeavtale for kjøp av kolonner. Vi viser til Bilag 1 – Prisskjema for estimert volum. Oppgitt forbruk/omfang er et estimat for informasjon til tilbyder, og er ikke bindende for fremtidig avtalevolum.
Dersom det kan tilbys ulike forpakningsstørrelser (f.eks. forpakning med 3 stk.), ønsker Oppdragsgiver å få tilbud på den forpakningsstørrelsen som vil gi den laveste enhetsprisen.
