Description

The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from engineering consulting firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services for the project coordination, environmental, design and operational reviews, development of concept plans and preliminary designs, preparation of procurement and contract documents, issuing and monitoring work activities, plan reviews, analysis of cost data, development of independent estimates, reconciliation of quantity cost differences, project schedule, concept of operation, traffic analysis, NEPA, IAR, development of reports and accurate cost projections, compliance with federal and state statutes covering projects and support of Northern Virginia and Fredericksburg District projects and initiatives. The proposed fixed billable rate Program Support Services contract will have a maximum value of $50,000,000. The solicitation information and documents are available at www.bidexpress.com.
