In case of equality in the final score, the offer with a higher economic score will be favored; if in this case, parity is maintained, the offer that presents a higher score in the technical sub-criterion "Bidder Experience" will be chosen. If the tie persists, the selected offer will be the one that has the highest score in the criterion called "Local Company". However, if the equality continues, it will be awarded to the offer that presents a higher score in the sub-criterion "Employment and Remuneration Conditions". If the tie persists, the SII will award the tender to the offer that was first submitted on the Public Procurement Portal, according to the information indicated in the offer submission receipt. The bidder declares and guarantees that in its actions and in the provision of services and/or execution of obligations, as applicable, it complies and will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, codes, and standards. In particular, those laws that combat bribery, money laundering, and corruption in general. By submitting its offer, the bidder declares to act within the standards of transparency, ethics, and probity that govern the public procurement process and declares that it will also act within these standards during the contractual execution phase. Likewise, the bidder acknowledges that the submitted offer, together with its subsequent contractual documents, constitute a serious proposal, with reliable information and in technical and economic terms adjusted to reality, ensuring the possibility of fulfilling it under the offered conditions. To ensure a standard of probity and integrity in the submission of the offer and subsequent execution of the contract, the bidder undertakes: a)To implement the necessary control and supervision mechanisms to prevent the commission of acts that may constitute offenses under Law No. 20.393 - and those that may be incorporated into this regulation in the future - which regulates the criminal liability of legal persons. b)To inform its personnel, collaborators, and contractors about its policies and mechanisms aimed at preventing the commission of an offense and acting under the standards of transparency, ethics, and probity that govern this public procurement process. c)To ensure compliance with its duties of direction and supervision, adopting and implementing prevention and supervision measures aimed at preventing the commission of any of the offenses established in Law No. 20.393 or that may be incorporated into this regulation in the future, by its...
