Le contexte est le suivant: à l’issue du marché de conception/réalisation, la Ville de Paris doit désormais maintenir le système GAO. Compte tenu de la propriété intellectuelle et de l’exclusivité qui résulte des deux principaux composants de la solution (Aquadvanced et Hydra), la maintenance du système est découpée en 3 marchés :
- un marché concurrentiel (AOO) de maintenance du système réalisée par l’intégrateur.
- un marché négocié sans publicité ni mise en concurrence préalables avec chacun des deux éditeurs (2 SPNC)
Les 2 marchés exclusifs :
- Lot 1 (SPNC Maintenance SUEZ)
- Lot 2 (SPNC Maintenance HYDRATEC SETEC)
