Il ne s'agit pas d'un marché à lots. Il ne s'agit pas d'un marché à tranches. La description technique figure dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP). Il s'agit d'un marché de travaux d'exécution. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande Les minima et maxima de commande, pour la durée du marché, sont fixés comme suit : -Sans minimum -Maximum : 350 000 euro(s) HT. Il est précisé qu'un bon de commande formalisera les prestations à exécuter sur la base du DQE complété par le titulaire. Le cas échéant, des prestations complémentaires (Prestations non prévisibles) pourront être demandées via un bon de commande spécifique. Les délais d'intervention, ou la date limite pour l'achèvement des prestations, seront précisés sur chaque bon de commande concerné
