La sensibilisation proposée doit permettre d’engager une réflexion collective sur les VSST et sur leur prise en charge dans le cadre des missions des agents concernés. Cette démarche doit constituer un levier efficace pour faire évoluer les mentalités et les pratiques professionnelles.
Lot 2 : Formation d’une journée au déploiement opérationnel du dispositif de signalement des actes de VSST
Cette formation a pour objectif d’accompagner les agents responsables du dispositif de
signalement des actes de violence, de discrimination, de harcèlement et d'agissements
sexistes, instauré en application de l’article 80 de la loi du 6 août 2019 de transformation de la
fonction publique dans sa mise en place et son optimisation. Cet accompagnement prendra la
forme d’une journée de formation dédiée à ces agents.
