Original language: FrenchLe présent marché a pour objet l’organisation de formations pour sensibiliser les agents du Département à la prise en charge des actes de violences sexistes et sexuelles au travail (VSST). La sensibilisation proposée doit permettre d’engager une réflexion collective sur les VSST et sur leur prise en charge dans le cadre des missions des agents concernés.
Cette démarche doit constituer un levier efficace pour faire évoluer les mentalités et les pratiques professionnelles.
Lot 1 : Conférence de 2h30 dédiée à l’accompagnement de la parole des victimes
La conférence constituera un espace d’échanges consacré à l’accompagnement de la parole
des victimes. Elle débutera par une phase d’analyse des violences sexistes et sexuelles,
mettant en lumière leur typologie et leurs mécanismes, afin de fournir à chacun et chacune
des clés de compréhension essentielles. Cette introduction permettra ensuite d’aborder
l’élément central de cette sensibilisation : la présentation des techniques d’accompag...
