De Gemeente Heusden wil een Leasefietsregeling aan haar Medewerkers aanbieden als aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarde. Sinds 1 januari 2020 is de fiscale behandeling van de leasefiets (‘fiets van de zaak’) vereenvoudigd, waardoor het voor werkgevers aantrekkelijker is geworden om medewerkers hiervan gebruik te laten maken. De Gemeente biedt deze mogelijkheid op dit moment nog niet aan. Met deze aanbesteding wil de Gemeente hierin voorzien en een Leasefietsregeling realiseren die aansluit bij de behoefte van medewerkers aan duurzame en gezonde mobiliteit.
