Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for leasing, administration and insurance of vehicles and machines to the Contracting Authority's units. The procurement comprises: - Leasing of new vehicles and machines, including procurement of leasing offers where the Tenderer does not have relevant vehicles and machines in their portfolio - Vehicle administration, including vehicle related products and services - Motor vehicle insurance, including assistance/rescue services Vehicle related products/services: - Toll scheme - Quick charge - Fuel, car washing and continued products at petrol stations- Service and maintenance - Assistance Options on: - Electronic logbooks - Key cabinets. / system for car sharing - Vehicle washing (not at petrol stations) - Fixtures and equipment - Car parts / spare parts - Tyre hotel and supplementary procurements of tyres - Other relevant lists are not exhaustive
