At Rollag municipality ́s composting facility in Rollag municipality, a sweeping turner shall be leased for use in turning dewatered sludge with 50% bark/biofact. The background for the procurement is that the current machine, a Komptech Topturn X53, 2012 is burned. The annual amount of compost to be treated is approx. 5,000 tons.
