Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou průběžné dodávky léčivých přípravků s obsahem účinné látky: - Pertuzumab 600MG a trastuzumab 600MG v injekční lahvičce o velikosti 10ML - Pertuzumab 1200MG a trastuzumab 600MG v injekční lahvičce o velikosti 15ML (dále jen „léčivé přípravky“ nebo také „zboží“). Specifikace požadovaného léčivého přípravku je uvedena v ZD a ve formuláři cenové nabídky, který je přílohou č. 2 této ZD. Průběžné dodávky léčivých přípravků budou uskutečňovány na základě dílčích objednávek vystavovaných dle aktuálních potřeb zadavatele po dobu dvou let ode dne nabytí účinnosti Kupní smlouvy.
