Work Outline (1) Work Name: Kawaguchi Public Employment Security Office LED Lighting Replacement Work (2) Work Location: Kawaguchi Public Employment Security Office (3) Work Content: Replace existing lighting fixtures (LED straight tube lights) with LED base lights and remove existing lighting fixtures. (4) Work Completion Deadline: A date and time designated by the Saitama Labor Bureau within the period until Monday, March 29, Reiwa 9, to be coordinated with the person in charge of the work location. (5) This work is subject to the "Act on the Recycling, etc. of Materials in Construction Work" (Act No. 104 of 2000), which mandates the implementation of separate demolition, etc., and the recycling, etc., of specified construction materials waste. (6) For this work, submission of documents, bidding, etc., will be conducted through the Government Electronic Procurement System. Competitive Participation Qualifications (1) Persons not falling under the provisions of Article 70 and Article 71 of the Budget, Settlement, and Accounting Order (1947, Imperial Ordinance No. 165) (hereinafter referred to as "Settlement Order"). (2) Persons who have been rated "C" or "D" in the "Electrical Work" category and have "Kanto-Koshinetsu" as a valid participation region in the Reiwa 7-8 general competitive participation qualifications of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. (6) Must not be subject to a suspension of bidding by the Director of the Accounting Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, based on the "Measures for Suspension of Bidding Related to Construction Contracts," during the period from the deadline for submission of the general competitive participation qualification application and confirmation documents to the bid opening time. (7) There shall be no relationship between persons intending to participate in the bidding that falls under any of the following criteria (excluding cases where all persons falling under the criteria are members other than the representative of a joint venture). ① Capital relationship: In cases of two companies falling under any of the following. However, this excludes cases where one of the companies is a rehabilitation company or a company undergoing rehabilitation proceedings. (a) Relationship between a parent company and a subsidiary company.
