Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe nodigt marktpartijen uit om samen te werken binnen de raamovereenkomst voor het ledigen en reinigen van slibgistingstanks. We zoeken partners die niet alleen beschikken over de benodigde expertise en ervaring op het gebied van het veilig ledigen, reinigen en/of gereedmaken van slibgistingstanks, maar ook willen investeren in een duurzame, open en betrouwbare samenwerking, zonder integrale uitvoeringsverplichting. De werkzaamheden omvatten o.a het ledigen van slibgistingstanks, het verwijderen en afvoeren van slib(resten), het reinigen van de tanks en bijbehorende installatiedelen, alsmede het uitvoeren van aanvullende werkzaamheden die noodzakelijk zijn om de tanks veilig te kunnen inspecteren, onderhouden of weer in bedrijf te stellen. Er is geen maximum gesteld aan het aantal raamcontractanten binnen de raamovereenkomst; iedere Inschrijver die voldoet aan de gestelde geschiktheidseisen (zie Hoofdstuk 4) komt in aanmerking voor toelating.
