Nesodden kommune ønsker å etablere vann og avløp til boliger og hytter i Flaskebekkveien, Vardeveien, Øvreveien, Nordveien, Kavringstrandveien, Strandpromenaden, Sjøstrandkroken og rehabilitering av vannledning i Vardebakken med utblokking. Oppdraget omfatter etablering av ca. 4.230 m vann, spillvann og overvann i eksisterende veier. Dette innebærer uttak av masser for etablering av VA-grøfter, da det ikke er etablert i området fra før. Grøftene skal hovedsakelig være 1,7 m dype, men på noen strekk/punkter er det dypere, ned mot 4 m.
