Description
The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (the CCCCC) has received financing fromGreen Climate Fund (GCF), toward the cost of the project titled “The Road to Resilient (R2R) Fisheries- Adopting Ecosystems-Based Adaptation in Four CARICOM Member States- Project Preparation Facility (PPF) Project”and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards a contract forLegal Due Diligence and Draft Term- sheet and Contractual Agreements to support the completion of the Funding Proposal (“the Services”).
The objective of this consultancy is to provide comprehensive legal analysis and advisory services to ensure that the R2R Fisheries Programme complies with the applicable laws and regulatory requirements of Jamaica, Grenada, Belize and St. Kitts and Nevis and aligns with the fiduciary, legal and operational requirements of the Green Climate Fund.
