DE opdracht betreft de structurele inzet van individuele leiderschapscoaching, waarbij één opdrachtnemer een stabiel en kwalitatief hoogwaardig team van senior coaches levert, de dienstverlening zorgvuldig organiseert en volledige vertrouwelijkheid van coachgesprekken waarborgt. De doelgroep bestaat bij aanvang uit circa 50 tot 55 managers en leidinggevenden.
