Umhverfis- og skipulagssviðs Reykjavíkurborgar er óskað eftir tilboðum í eftirfarandi verk: Leiksskólinn Grandaborg, kennslustofur, hönnun, smíði og lóðafrágangur, útboð nr. 16304. Lauslegt yfirlit yfir verkið: Verkið felur í sér hönnun, smíði, flutning og uppsetningu tveggja kennslustofa ásamt tengibyggingu. Verkefnið nær einnig til hönnunar og framkvæmdar jarðvinnu, gerðar undirstaða og lagningar allra lagna í grunni. Að auki felur verkið í sér lóðarvinnu, lagningu og tengingu stofnlagna við viðgeiandi kerfi samkvæmt fyrirliggjandi hönnun. Kennslustofurnar eru hver um sig 14,9m x 6,4m eða um 96 m2 á einni hæð ásamt tengibyggingu, um 30 m2 , samtals er því nýja húsnæðið um 222 m2 að stærð. Kennslustofurnar skulu vera byggðar úr timbri. Hverja kennslustofu á að vera hægt að flytja í heilu lagi, setja niður á lóð leikskólans og tengja saman með tengibyggingu. Áætluð lok framkvæmdatíma : 2. júlí 2027. Vettvangsskoðun : Leikskólinn Grandaborg: 13. maí 2026, kl. 15:30. Útboðsgögn verða eingöngu aðgengileg á útboðsvef Reykjavíkurborgar á vefslóðinni: http://utbod.reykjavik.is – frá kl. 14:30: þann 5. maí 2026.
