Die Vergabestelle beabsichtigt die Sanierung des Frisia- Bads in Norden. Bei dem Frisia-Bad handelt es sich um ein Hallenschwimmbad, das in den Jahren 1963 bis 1964 errichtet und am 12. September 1964 als erstes Hallenbad im Landkreis Aurich feierlich eröffnet wurde. Es wurde auf dem Gelände einer zuvor genutzten Wehrmachtsbaracke erbaut und war mit seiner seinerzeit modernen Ausstattung ein Meilenstein in der kommunalen Daseinsvorsorge der Region. Gegenstand dieser Vergabe sind die Leistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung/ Elektroplanung, bezogen auf die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 in den Anlagengruppen 1 bis 5 und 7 (KG 410 bis 450 und KG 470). Bei den Anlagengruppen 2, 3 und 7 wird die Leistungsphase 4 jeweils nicht beauftragt. Dabei werden neben den Grundleistungen auch folgende Besondere Leistung beauftragt: - Überwachung der Mängelbeseitigung innerhalb der Verjährungsfrist (Zeithonorar – Leistungsphase 9/ Leistungsstufe 3) Die Objektplanungen und weitere Fachplanungen werden separat vergeben. Mehrfachbewerbungen in Bezug auf die verschiedenen Objekt- und Fachplanungen sind dabei zulässig. Die Beauftragung des zukünftigen Auftragnehmers erfolgt in Leistungsstufen.
