Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je rekonstrukce stávající veřejně přístupné účelové komunikace - lesní cesty (kategorie 3L), nacházející se jihovýchodně od obce Blíževedly. Lesní cesta se nachází na pozemcích p. č. 731, 745, 747, 748, 753, 756, 757 a 758 v k.ú. Hvězda pod Vlhoštěm (605671). Jedná se o stavbu trvalou. Lesní cesta je navržena dle ČSN 736108 v návrhové kategorii 2L – 4,5/20, která byla stanovena objednatelem projektové dokumentace. Komunikace je navržena jednopruhová, obousměrná, směrově nerozdělená. Kryt vozovky je navržen ze štěrkodrti.
