Annual subscription 01.01.2025 - 31.12.2027 for Wiley Online Library e-journal content in the period 01.01.2025 - 31.12.2027 + vouchers for OA in hybrid journals

This tender concerns an annual subscription for access to the Wiley Online Library's e-journal content, valid from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027. In addition to content access, the subscription includes a specified number of Open Access (OA) vouchers for hybrid journals. Specifically, 139 OA vouchers are allocated for 2025, 148 for 2026, and 153 for 2027. These vouchers are intended for eligible users within the Slovenian Consortium. The consortium comprises thirteen institutions, including major universities such as the University of Ljubljana, University of Maribor, and University of Primorska, as well as research institutes like the Jožef Stefan Institute and the Chemical Institute, and healthcare facilities like the Ljubljana Oncology Institute and Celje General Hospital. The tender also notes the possibility of additional institutions joining the consortium during the subscription period (2025-2027). Any changes in the number of participating institutions will not alter the fundamental nature of the public procurement. Furthermore, the contract for the execution of this public procurement may be amended without initiating a new procurement procedure in the event of such changes in the number of institutions.
