Purchase of air filters in DBR

Purchase of air filters in DBR, 3,503 pcs / 4 months in quantity, with details according to the table of proposed prices. For products specifically highlighted in the "Product Qualification Condition" column of the table of proposed prices (items 2, 3, 4), the Contracting Authority accepted only OE (vehicle manufacturer) products to maintain the manufacturer's warranty, while for other products, the Contracting Authority accepted only Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products as equivalent products according to § 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30.). The submission of substitute products was not possible. The Tenderer had to prove the conformity of the proposed products as required in the Technical Description; the Technical Description contains the documents to be submitted to support the conformity of Vehicle Manufacturer/Main Unit Manufacturer (OE) and/or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products. In the bidding phase, the Tenderer had to prove, as part of its offer, in the manner specified in the Technical Description, that the proposed items are Vehicle Manufacturer/Original Equipment Manufacturer products. In the table of proposed prices, the Tenderer had to indicate the manufacturer of the proposed products, the product manufacturer's identification number, and attach the documents and declarations specified in the Technical Description issued in the bidding phase to the offer. The delivery deadline for individual orders is 10 working days from the receipt of the order, which the Tenderer had to explicitly confirm acceptance of. The Tenderer must provide a full warranty of at least 12 months from the date of acceptance for the delivered products, without mileage limitation. The Contracting Authority will claim penalties in case of late or defective performance by the Tenderer, as well as in case of failure to perform. More detailed conditions regarding contract performance are included in the General Terms and Conditions (ÁSZF) and the individual contract for the bidding phase. In the bidding phase, the Tenderer had to declare regarding other performance conditions detailed in the Technical Description. The Tenderer had to explicitly declare acceptance of the general technical and contractual requirements and warranty conditions, as well as the delivery deadline, which could be fulfilled by the proper signing of the declaration template contained in Annex 1 of the Guide. The Tenderer had to provide the unit price of each product in HUF, excluding VAT. An offer had to be submitted for all items in the price table, and an offer of 0 HUF was not possible. In the bidding phase, the Tenderer had to declare that it qualifies as a transparent organization within the meaning of § 3 (1) of Act CXCVI of 2011 on National Assets, which could be fulfilled by the proper signing of the declaration template contained in Annex 1 of the Guide.
