Om de werking van de thuiszorg van Zorgpunt Waasland (ZPW) te optimaliseren wordt een overheidsopdracht uitgeschreven voor de aanschaf en implementatie van software die de processen voor onze thuiszorgdiensten beter moet stroomlijnen. De thuiszorgdiensten zijn: gezinszorg en poetsdienst aan huis, karweidienst, dagverzorging, kortverblijf en woonzorg: groepen van assistentiewoningen, ouderenwoningen en woonzorgcentra. De focus ligt in eerste instantie op de processen binnen de thuiszorg, maar is optioneel en op termijn maar idealiter uitbreidbaar naar de woonzorg. ZPW werkt op dit moment reeds volgens uniforme processen, maar de software is verouderd, niet efficiënt en te afhankelijk van menselijke acties. Om zo maximaal mogelijk te optimaliseren wenst de organisatie een gebruiksvriendelijker softwarepakket aan te schaffen. De nieuwe software moet intuïtief zijn en makkelijk beheerbaar, moet beschikken over een aantal inhoudelijke vereisten en over minimale koppelingen zodat dubbele registratie zoveel mogelijk vermeden kan worden. Een overkoepelend zorgdossier met dienstspecifieke registratiemogelijkheden voor intake, dossieropbouw, dossieropvolging en contractbeheer zijn cruciaal van bij aanvang van de implementatie. Zo ook een gebruiksvriendelijke planningstool met medewerkersapp, een koppeling met tijdsregistratie, met Vesta, met Pluxee en BelRAI en een conversie van de huidige (zowel actieve als passieve) zorgdossiers. ZPW wenst een reeds beschikbare software aan te kopen die over verschillende modules beschikt en waar een zekere vorm van flexibiliteit aanwezig is, maar waarbij maatwerk en bijkomende kosten voor dat maatwerk vermeden worden. De software zal aangekocht worden volgens het SAAS-principe (Software As A Service) en dient compatibel te zijn met Windows Server 20149 en moet Citrix ready zijn. Daarnaast is ook een koppeling met Azure Active Directory nodig.
