Wij zijn op zoek naar een leverancier die middels een raamovereenkomst verschillende houtproducten aan ons kan leveren. Onder houtproducten vallen bijvoorbeeld vuren latten, larix planken en platen multiplex, spaanplaat, tuinhout etc. Deze producten worden door ons gebruikt om verschillende eindproducten te maken voor onze klanten. In het prijzenblad (bijlage 4) is het assortiment beschreven van de te leveren houtproducten. Deze materialen moeten op afroep en naar behoefte worden geleverd op onze locatie in Dokkum de Hogedijken 40. De Overeenkomst heeft een initiële looptijd van twee jaar. Daarna hebben wij de mogelijkheid om de Overeenkomst onder dezelfde voorwaarden maximaal twee keer te verlengen voor een periode van 12 maanden verlengen. De Overeenkomst heeft een totale geraamde waarde van € 1.000.000 exclusief BTW, gerekend over de gehele looptijd inclusief het maximaal aantal mogelijke verlengingen. Deze raming dient ter indicatie van de omvang en er kunnen geen rechten aan worden ontleend.
