De opdracht omvat de levering van audiovisuele (AV-)hardware en bijbehorende toebehoren voor hybride vergaderzalen binnen de Rechtspraak. Het betreft onder meer videoconferentieapparatuur, videobars, camera’s, microfoons, luidsprekers, bedieningspanelen, bevestigingsmaterialen, aansluitkabels en overige AV-gerelateerde producten. De levering richt zich op bestaande producten uit de gestandaardiseerde productcatalogus (Installed Base), evenals vervangende en aanvullende producten die nodig zijn voor het inrichten, uitbreiden en vernieuwen van hybride vergaderzalen. Installatie, technisch beheer en storingsafhandeling vallen buiten de opdracht en worden door IVO Rechtspraak zelf uitgevoerd.
