Cleaning of LFZE buildings

Carrying out general regular-daily on-duty, occasional, and deep cleaning tasks for the buildings of Liszt Ferenc University of Music LF8, NM1, S12, V35, KT8, KM, W52, as specified in Chapter III Technical Description of the procurement documents: Area to be cleaned per building: LF8 building: 11662 m2, plus 1585 m2 of external area, totaling 13247 m2, NM1 building: 3955 m2, plus 960 m2 of external area, totaling 4915 m2, S12 building: 1536 m2, plus 175 m2 of external area, totaling 1711 m2, V35 building: 2462 m2, plus 115 m2 of external area, totaling 2577 m2, KT8 building: 558 m2, KM building: 643 m2, plus 25 m2 of external area, totaling 668 m2, W52 building: 5502 m2, plus 635 m2 of external area, totaling 6137 m2 Total area to be cleaned: 29813 m2 To perform the cleaning tasks, the tenderer must provide the necessary cleaning tools, equipment, and cleaning agents, the replenishment of which is also the tenderer's responsibility. The contracting authority reserves the right to modify the quantity of services to be used for the property with a 5-day modification deadline in case of changes in the property's land use. From the 5th day of the modification, the winning tenderer is entitled to pro-rata payment. During the period of deep cleaning tasks, the contractor is exempt from daily regular and on-duty tasks and is entitled to a pro-rata monthly lump sum. The contracting authority draws the attention of economic operators to the fact that the service activity is to be carried out in heritage buildings with special architectural features, reliefs, frescoes, carved stones, and coverings, which require cleaning with great care, diligence, and attention, using special methods. The winning tenderer may only use the methods specified by the contracting authority in the technical description during the contract period at all locations to preserve the values. The detailed tasks are included in the technical description of the procurement documents. Pursuant to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.), the contracting authority points out that if the clear and understandable definition of the subject of the procurement necessitated reference to a specific make, origin, type of item, procedure, activity, person, patent, or trademark, the designation was made solely to clearly define the nature of the subject, and the phrase "or equivalent" must always be understood alongside the designation. The contracting authority points out that in the case of offering an equivalent item, the tenderer must prove the equivalence in their offer.
