KG beabsichtigt Reparaturarbeiten im Straßenbau des neuen Wohngebiets "Ludwigshöhviertel" im Süden des Stadtgebiets Darmstadt auf dem ehemaligen Kasernenareal der Cambrai-Fritsch-Kaserne und der Jefferson-Siedlung. Die Verkehrsflächen im Wohngebiet sind gepflastert und mit Hoch- Rund- und Tiefborden oder einer Muldenrinne eingefasst. Im seitlichen Straßenraum befinden sich mit Bordsteinen eingefasste Baumbeete. Die Baumaßnahme umfasst verschiedene Reparaturarbeiten im Straßenraum: - Austausch von beschädigten oder dauerhaft verschmutzten, tlw. einzelnen Hoch-, Rund und Tiefborden in Geraden und Kurvenbereichen - Austausch von beschädigten oder dauerhaft verschmutzten tlw. einzelnen Pflastersteinen und Blindenleitplatten - Wiederherstellung von mit Bordsteinen eingefassten Baumbeeten mit Einlaufblechen - Austausch von Straßenausstattungselementen wie Pfosten, Granitstelen und Fahrradanlehnbügel - Kleinflächige Reparaturen von beschädigten Hoch-, Rund- und Tiefborden mit Mörtel - Einbau von Blindenleitplatten in Pflasterflächen Die Reparaturen finden in 5 abgegrenzten Teilbereichen statt und können unabhängig voneinander durchgeführt werden. Die Gesamtfläche dieser Teilbereiche beträgt ca. 11.000 m². Es handelt sich um kleinräumliches Arbeiten im öffentlichen gewidmeten Straßenraum.
