ARTÍCULO 1º:NORMATIVA Y TIPO DE LICITACIÓN La presente licitación pública se rige por la Ley Nº19.886, de Bases sobre Contratos Administrativos de Suministro y Prestación de Servicios, su Reglamento y estas Bases, que se encuentran conformadas por Bases Administrativas y Técnicas, además de sus Anexos. Las presentes Bases son obligatorias para los que participen en la licitación, entendiéndose que son aceptadas por el sólo hecho de formular una oferta. La normativa y documentos señalados anteriormente forman parte integrante de la presente licitación, junto a los siguientes antecedentes: Se deja constancia que la presente licitación contempla la opción deadjudicación simple y total, mediante la cual SERNAGEOMIN busca seleccionar la propuesta más ventajosa, considerando los criterios de evaluación establecidos en estas Bases, con sus correspondientes puntajes y ponderaciones. ARTÍCULO 2º:COMUNICACIONES Y PLAZOS Todas las comunicaciones que deban efectuarse con motivo de esta licitación pública, con anterioridad a la adjudicación de esta deberán canalizarse exclusivamente por medio del portal de internet www.mercadopublico.cl. Durante el período indicado no se aceptarán ni responderán comunicaciones planteadas por un conducto diferente al señalado, sin perjuicio de otras vías de comunicación que se encuentren expresamente previstas en estas Bases, en conformidad a lo dispuesto en el Reglamento de Compras. Los plazos a que se haga referencia en estas Bases son dedías corridos, salvo que se señale expresamente lo contrario. Cuando el último día del plazo recaiga en sábado, domingo o festivo, este se entenderá prorrogado al primer día hábil siguiente. Se deja constancia de que, tratándose de presentaciones o gestiones que en conformidad a estas Bases deban realizarse presencialmente en alguna oficina o dependencia de SERNAGEOMIN, deberán considerarse las limitaciones derivadas del horario de funcionamiento de la respectiva oficina o dependencia informado en la página web institucionalwww.sernageomin.cl, siendo exclusiva responsabilidad de los interesados, revisar periódicamente la referida página, como asimismo las respuestas y aclaraciones que pueda emitir al respecto SERNAGEOMIN, por medio del portalwww.mercadopublico.cl, y efectuar las respectivas presentaciones o gestiones dentro del plazo definido al efecto.
