Permit No.: B406-1-MPermittee: Hudson River Yacht Club The City of New York Department of Parks & Recreation has awarded a concession to Hudson River Yacht Club, whose address is 2101 Bergen Ave, Brooklyn, NY, 11234, for the renovation, operation and maintenance of Hudson River Marina at the Paerdegat Basin in Brooklyn, NY. The concession, which was solicited by a Request for Proposals (RFP), will operate pursuant to a license agreement for a term of up to twenty (20) years, terminating no later than December 31, 2043.
