As peças deverão ser novas, originais ou de primeira linha, conforme a requisição e a especificação do item, observadas as condições do Edital e do Termo de Referência. O fornecimento ocorrerá de forma contínua, conforme a demanda da Secretaria Municipal de Viação, Obras e Serviços Públicos. O procedimento enquadra-se no art. 79, inciso I, da Lei nº 14.133/2021, como contratação paralela e não excludente, com múltiplos credenciados em condições padronizadas e distribuição por rodízio objetivo por item. O preço de cada contratação será previamente definido pela Administração mediante aplicação do desconto uniforme de 15% (quinze por cento) sobre a tabela oficial vigente do fabricante ou do sistema oficial aplicável.
