Original language: GermanGegenstand dieses Vertrages ist eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Belieferung der Bayerischen Polizei mit ballistischen Schutzwestensystemen (VPAM 3/6/7/9) für Mobile Einsatzkommandos und Personenschutz. Diese müssen insbesondere folgende Eigenschaften bzw. Forderungen erfüllen: - vollständig modulares ballistisches Schutzwestensystem in Form eines Basisplattenträgers in Schutzstufen VPAM 3/7 - Ballistischer Flankenschutz VPAM 6 - Front- und Rückenplatte Hartballistik VPAM 9 Standalone - Ballistischer Schultersattel mit Kragen ohne ballistische Lücke VPAM 3 - Ballistischer Kehlkopfschutz VPAM 3 - Ballistischer Oberarmschutz VPAM 3 - Ballistischer Tiefschutz VPAM 6 Standalone - Abdomenschutzelement VPAM 6 Standalone - Ballistisches Gürtelsystem VPAM 3 - Zubehör- und Magazintaschen inkl. Anbringungselemente - Transporttasche Ausführliche Informationen finden sich in den Vergabeunterlagen, die nach Abgabe einer Vertraulichkeitserklärung übermittelt werden. Die verbindliche Abnahmemenge (Mindestabnahmemenge) beträgt in den Jahren 2026 bis 2027 247 Sets Ballistische Schutzwestensysteme gemäß A.1.1.0 und A.1.2.0 der Leistungsbeschreibung sowie Zubehör gemäß A.1.3.0 der Leistungsbeschreibung (siehe Ziffer II.1.6.1 Vertragsunterlage). Für die Jahre 2026 bis 2030 kann insgesamt unverbindlich von einem Gesamtbedarf von 88 Sets ballistische Schutzwestensysteme VPAM 3/6/7/9 gemäß A.1.1.0 und A.1.2.0 der Leistungsbeschreibung inklusive Zubehör gemäß A.1.3.0 der Leistungsbeschreibung ausgegangen werden (unverbindliche Abnahmemenge). Ein Anspruch auf Abnahme einer bestimmten Menge über die für die Jahre 2026 bis 2030 genannte verbindliche Mindestabnahmemenge hinaus besteht nicht. Da es sich um eine Rahmenvereinbarung handelt, können die unverbindlichen Abnahmemengen während der Vertragslaufzeit gegebenenfalls über- bzw. unterschritten werden. Als Höchstabnahmewert werden während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit inklusive aller Vertragsverlängerungen 2.000.000,00 Euro netto vereinbart.
