Delivery of a trommel screen machine

Purpose or area of use: The Göttingen Waste Management Company operates a bioenergy center (BEZ) at the Königsbühl site, where organic and green waste is processed into compost. The trommel screen machine described below will be used in the bioenergy center for screening woody fractions after composting to obtain a contaminant-free compost in the grain size of 0-12 mm. The cost-effectiveness of the trommel screen machine is one of the most important criteria for procurement. Low environmental impact in all life phases and operating conditions, as well as high payload while complying with legal and technical regulations, are of crucial importance. # Standards and regulations to be complied with: The trommel screen machine must comply with current German and European standards and regulations as of the delivery date. # Documentation: Operating manuals and spare parts lists must be supplied in duplicate in paper form and additionally digitally upon handover. Service/inspection books and CE conformity declaration are part of the delivery. # Acceptance/Handover: The trommel screen machine must be transferred directly to the client (AG). The acceptance of the machine by the Göttingen Waste Management Company will only take place after all defects found have been rectified by the contractor (AN) and all required documents/documentation in German are available. Detected defects must be documented in a handover protocol and rectified within 14 days. A one-day training session for the client's employees (7-10 people) on two dates is a matter of course and part of the order.
