Original language: GermanDie Erwerb stellt keine funktional neue Beschaffung dar, sondern eine kapazitative Erweiterung der bestehenden, validierten Systemplattform. Die Erweiterung erfolgt ausfolgenden Gründen herstellergebunden: 1. Sicherstellung der IVDR-konformen Systemarchitektur (UPLC + MS + Software aus einer Hand) 2. Vermeidung vollständiger methodischer Revalidierungen im Neugeborenenscreening gemäß G-BA-Richtlinie 3. Sicherstellung der 24h-Befundpflicht gemäß Kinder-Richtlinie 4. Einheitliche Service- und Wartungsstruktur mit zugesicherter 48h-Wiederherstellung 5. Technische Systemkompatibilität (MassLynx-Plattform, IVD-Zertifizierung) Ein Herstellerwechsel würde zu erheblichen technischen, regulatorischen und haftungsrechtlichen Risiken führen und ist daher nicht wirtschaftlich vertretbar.
