Original language: GermanLeistungsgegenstand ist die Lieferung; fachgerechte Installation und die Inbetriebnahme von 3 Stück Körperscanner auf Millimeterwellenbasis einschließlich Schuhscanner für den Einsatz in geschlossenen Räumlichkeiten innerhalb der JVA Burg, JVA Halle sowie der JA Raßnitz entsprechend des Anforderungsprofils unter Pkt. XIV. der Leistungsbeschreibung. Das System dient dem berührungslosen, automatischen Aufspüren potenziell bedrohlicher Objekte jeder Art (metallisch, keramisch, plastisch, flüssig, organisch), die am Körper oder in der Kleidung von Inhaftierten, Besuchern oder Bediensteten mitgeführt werden. Als Leistungsbestandteile der Ausschreibung werden insoweit definiert: • Lieferung von insgesamt drei Körperscannern entsprechend dem Anforderungsprofil unter Pkt. IVX., davon jeweils eins für die JVA Burg, JVA Halle sowie die JA Raßnitz, • fachgerechte Installation und Montage, Einmessung, Kalibrierung, Anbindung an die Stromversorgung sowie betriebsbereite Übergabe, • umfassende Einweisung des JVA/JA-Bedienpersonals (Multiplikatoren-Schulung) zentral in der JVA Halle für mindestens 10 Bedienstete, • die Übergabe der vollständigen technischen Dokumentation und • ein Wartungs- und Servicevertrag mit einer Laufzeit von vier Jahren einschließlich durchzuführender DGUV-V3-Prüfung. Es müssen alle geltenden EU- und nationalen Normen (z. B. Strahlenschutzgesetz, EMV-Richtlinien) eingehalten und die notwendige Zertifizierungen nachgewiesen werden.
