Original language: GermanGrundlage der Vergabe Die Kreise Höxter und Lippe sind für ihre Gebiete nach § 6 Abs. 1 Rettungsgesetz NRW (RettG NRW) Träger des Rettungsdienstes. Sie unterhalten einheitliche Leitstellen für den Brandschutz, den Katastrophenschutz und den Rettungsdienst (§ 4 Abs. 4 BHKG) sowie eine Anzahl an Rettungswachen nach dem jeweils gültigen Rettungsdienstbedarfsplan. Im Rahmen der Ersatzbeschaffung haben die Auftraggeber für den Rettungsdienst insgesamt vier neue Rettungswagen nach DIN EN 1789:2020-12 gemeinsam eingekauft. Die Auftragserteilung ist seitens der beiden Auftraggeber separat aber an dasselbe Unternehmen erteilt worden. Es besteht für jeden Auftraggeber separat die Möglichkeit, die Anzahl der Fahrzeuge um ein weiteres Fahrzeug zu erweitern.
